Job description

We are a fast-growing yoga studio based in east Singapore looking for a dynamic individual to fulfil the role of Club Manager.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Drive sales revenue for the studio. As a sales person, you should be able to first understand the different types of yoga classes and the benefits of yoga. You will then need to conduct personalised consultations with members and potential members to recommend suitable classes and membership packages, close the membership and complete all documentation relating to a sale. We will provide you with training to learn our sales process.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries via both online and offline channels.
  • Provide diligent after-sales service. This is extremely important to ensure all members have a continuously smooth experience at our studio, and to guide them in their yoga journey in consultation with our instructors.
  • Assist the Operations Director and external service providers in creating digital content for marketing via social media channels.
  • Analyse CRM data to obtain actionable follow-ups to reactivate, re-engage and retain members past and present.
  • Update and maintain class and teacher schedules for the studio.
  • Handle administrative enquiries from members eg. late bookings, feedback or complaints, both online and face-to-face.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the studio at all times.
  • Generate payroll for freelance staff each month.
  • Ensure all member details in the studio’s operating system are always up to date.
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
