What the role is:

You oversee the career planning and development of personnel to ensure optimal talent development and retention.

What you will be working on:
  • Provide career guidance to support personnel's professional growth and advancement
  • Prepare and conduct ranking and promotion boards
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes as hiring manager
  • Implement manpower policies effectively while ensuring compliance with organisational standards
  • Challenge(s): Maintaining a thorough understanding of complex manpower policies and systems
  • Managing the diverse population with varying career aspirations, backgrounds and development needs
What we are looking for:
  • Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Prior relevant experience, with exposure to talent management, career development or manpower planning is advantageous
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
