Role Overview

The incumbent will lead and execute brand communications strategies to strengthen the organisation’s brand and corporate image, both internally and externally. This role oversees brand campaigns, Public Relations initiatives, content strategy, media engagement, and brand governance across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead integrated brand communications programmes to build and enhance brand equity.

  • Drive brand campaigns, Public Relations initiatives, and co-branded or sponsored events, with performance tracking and evaluation.

  • Develop and manage content strategies and editorial calendars to support brand positioning and thought leadership.

  • Oversee media relations, including story development, media enquiries, and relationship management.

  • Monitor market trends and analyse brand performance using media monitoring, social listening, and engagement metrics.

  • Support editorial work such as speeches, editorials, and leadership communications for digital platforms and the corporate website.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in brand management, corporate communications, Public Relations, or marketing communications.
  • Preferably 4+ years of hands‑on brand and reputation management experience across traditional, digital, and social media platforms, at a leadership capacity.
  • Sound understanding of branding, digital, and social media trends in Singapore and the region.
  • Proven experience in implementing brand plans, partnerships, and evaluating campaigns using digital and social media analytics.
