Key Responsibilities

• Market and lease luxury residential apartments under the Group
• Manage all tenancy related matters including building rapport with tenants, drafting and maintaining lease documentation, and liaison on contractual and lease administrative matters
• Ensure effective tenant engagement including monitoring feedback, conducting events and establishing long‑term relationships with current and prospective clients
• Working closely with all departments to enhance service levels
• Network and build rapport with prospective tenants, agencies and partners to develop opportunities, as well as establishing strong relationships with existing tenants to generate renewals and referrals
• To participate and support Management with ad‑hoc event planning, marketing activities, presentation and budget if required

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Real Estate
• Minimum 2 years of residential leasing; preferably in real estate industry
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work independently
