Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
    • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and professional development.
    • Empower team members by providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and opportunities for growth.
  • Operational & Strategic Management
    • Develop and implement departmental goals, strategies, and operational plans that align with the company's objectives.
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and the timely completion of projects and key deliverables.
    • Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Performance & Accountability
    • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track team and individual performance.
    • Hold the team accountable for achieving targets while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
    • Serve as a key link between senior leadership and the team, ensuring clear and effective communication in both directions.
    • Collaborate with other department managers to achieve cross-functional goals and ensure organizational alignment.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Assist in the development and management of the departmental budget.
    • Ensure optimal allocation of resources (personnel, technology, tools) to meet business needs effectively.
Who You Are
  • A proven leader with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of translating vision into actionable plans and achieving measurable results.
  • An excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating a diverse team and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong problem-solver with analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • A bachelor21s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Work Schedule & Location
  • 4 off days monthly; rest days depend on schedule. Able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends.
