Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the overall day to day running of assigned outlet
  • Responsible for maintaining high standards relating to customer service, product quality and cleanliness
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of food production in a timely manner
  • Responsible for controlling and improving cost efficiencies to minimize cost and wastage
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in proper stock ordering and receiving to ensure proper inventory replenishment
  • Ensure all staff adheres to standard operating procedures and food hygiene standards
  • Responsible for ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, including performing service recovery to achieve satisfactory resolution on customer complaints

Requirements

  • Minimum’O’ Levels& NITEC
