About The Role

• Multi-Department Exposure: Immerse yourself in critical business functions — from Wealth Advisory and Recruitment to Training & Development, Operations, and Marketing — giving you a holistic understanding of the business.

• Real Business Impact: Take on meaningful projects during each rotation. You won’t be shadowing — you’ll be contributing directly to strategic initiatives and operational growth.

• Executive Mentorship: Receive guidance and feedback directly from the CEO, Managing Director, and Head of Operations. Learn how decisions are made at the highest level.
