A leading hardware company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to coordinate the Director's calendar, manage HR functions, and provide corporate support. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Assist with corporate tasks, such as preparing presentations and organizing board meetings.
- Track and follow up on action items assigned by the Director.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding the Director’s matters.
- Coordinate HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Conduct basic research or assist in compiling relevant information.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative and office support duties.
Location: Jurong East
