Mall Concierge Officer [Parkway Parade | Part Time | $12 per hour]

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for visitors? Our client is a leading leader in the shopping / properties industry and is looking for dynamic individuals to be a part of their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient responses to shoppers or tenants via incoming calls or in-person at the concierge
• Offer clear and helpful directional assistance to shoppers
• Handle all gift voucher redemption processes
• Ensure accurate inventories and tally counter stocks in CRM system
• Track all lost and found items reported and facilitate return to rightful owners
• Administer written and verbal feedback received
• Address customer’s concerns
• Collaborate with service team on facilities maintenance
• Perform roving duties within mall to assist shoppers or tenants
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Min 1 year of customer service experience
• Min GCE “O” Levels and above
• Comfortable interacting with customers face to face
• Able to commit to weekends and rotating shifts

Additional Information

• Minimum commitment 3 days per week
• 1115am to 2100pm
