Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on CNC machines. You will diagnose issues, prepare technical reports, and recommend improvements for optimal performance. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance and repairs, along with an O level certification in Electrical work. This role requires the ability to work on a rotating shift.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years' experience in maintenance and repairing of CNC machines.
• Experience in Electrical and Mechanical repairs.
• Able to work on rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair services on the equipment and machines.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements for availability and yield.
• Perform equipment failure analyses and diagnose problems.
• Prepare technical reports to document modifications and procedures.

The role of Maintenance Technician is to perform preventive maintenance and repair services on the equipment and machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair services on the equipment and machines.
• Evaluates and recommends equipment's improvements for available, capability and yield.
• Perform equipment's failure analyses (included preventive and unscheduled maintenance)
• Troubleshooting and diagnoses equipment and machines problems.
• Prepared technical report to document for the equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.
• Assembles mechanical parts, fabricated parts, components and / or electrical / electronic system to make subassemblies and complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment's.
• Fit, aligns, calibrates and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerance and products operating requirements.

Job Requirements

• Experience in maintenance and repairing of CNC machines.
• Min 3 years' experience in the function.
• Experience in Electrical and Mechanical repairs.
• Min O level with Electrical work certification - NTC will be advantage.
• Able to work on rotating shift.
