Job summary

A leading maintenance service provider in Singapore is seeking a supervisor with a diploma in Electrical Engineering. Responsibilities include leading the Maintenance Team, planning maintenance schedules, and monitoring equipment performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience and must be willing to work in Tuas South.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE/NTC in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in the Power Plant industry is an advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the work carried out by the Maintenance Team.
• Plan duty rosters for the team.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), fault attendance, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, upgrading, improvement works, and repairs.
• Test and document all reported faults and complete work orders within specified timelines.
• Raise, review, and follow up on all work orders, including labour, materials, and other inputs in the maintenance management system or any other relevant system.
• Monitor daily equipment performance and take appropriate follow-up actions.
• Provide support in major fault-finding and investigations.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma /ITE/NTC in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Min 3 years supervisory experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in the Power Plant industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Tuas South.
