As a Maintenance Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our maintenance department. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our maintenance team, assisting with scheduling, documentation, and communication. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our maintenance operations.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills as there will be customers facing and discussion
  • Assist in scheduling maintenance tasks and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate communication between maintenance staff, management, , external contractors and cleints
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to maintenance operations as needed.
  • Monitor maintenance budgets and expenses.
  • Procure necessary supplies and materials for maintenance projects.
  • Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and protocols.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries from staff and tenants.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
