Construction | LTA | Main Contractor

• Work Location: Jalan Tukang, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $6500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Oversee all cost-related aspects of construction projects, from initial budgeting to final account settlement
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims to ensure fair and accurate outcomes
• Provide cost control measures and financial guidance throughout the duration of each project
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, clients, and subcontractors to support smooth project execution
• Ensure all activities comply with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant industry standard

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Survey/ Building/Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in main contractor project
• Prior experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and related documentation is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
