Job Title: Machining Technician (ID3568)

Location: Seletar

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Basic Salary: $1,800 – $2,500

Gross Salary: $2,800 – $3,300

Job Descriptions

• Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Choose correct tools and fixtures for each job.
• Operate CNC Milling (3, 4 & 5‑Axis), Turn‑Mill, and conventional turning/milling machines.
• Set up machines, including tool presetting, and perform independent machining operations.
• Program CNC machines (3, 4 & 5‑Axis) using G‑code.
• Inspect workpieces using vernier calipers, micrometres, and other measuring tools.
• Perform routine machine maintenance to avoid downtime.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in multi‑axis CNC and conventional machining.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in CNC programming (G‑code) and tool presetting.
• Knowledge of machining strategies to achieve tight tolerances and surface finishes.
• Experience with quality inspection and measurement tools.
