Responsibilities

• Handle and manage commercial and condominiums.
• Carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs to building works and M & E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system.
• Supervision of term contractors in repair and testing of M & E services.
• As a CBRE Data Center Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.
• Assist & Report to the QA Manager with hands-on operational facilities management and maintenance works in the supply cold chain environment.
• Support other facilities management and maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements

• Higher NITEC or NTC 2 in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, equivalent.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Able to carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs to building and M & E works.

Compensation

Basic $1800 - $2800 + AWS + Variable Bonus.
