Job description

• Develop detailed plans, layouts, and specifications for mechanical systems in buildings.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed mechanical systems.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of ACMV, plumbing, water pipe, fire hydrant pipe and fire protection systems. Electrical systems shall includes LV/HV, transform switch bond, single line diagram and CCTV installation.
• Monitor the construction progress to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance to construction teams.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards in all mechanical design

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore;
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in electrical engineering related projects in Singapore building and construction industry;
• Possess strong Electrical knowledge with hands-on experiences;
• Strong Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
