Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, and strong technical knowledge in M&E works. Responsibilities

• Developing M&E Frameworks: Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks tailored to each project. This involves establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), data collection methods, and evaluation criteria to measure project progress and success.
• Monitoring Project Progress: Regularly monitor construction activities, timelines, and resource utilization to ensure projects are on track. This may involve site visits, reviewing project documentation, and coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to address any issues or delays.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that construction work meets industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. This may involve conducting inspections, reviewing quality control reports, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years experience in project management and/ or site coordination works for building/civil projects
• Strong technical knowledge in M&E works, planning capability, and authorities’ compliance; adopt the lean mindset to cost and resource management
