Qualifications

About the job M&E BIM Modeller cum Drafter

Responsibilities

• Full‑time role to construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to authorities and for construction using BIM software (CAD/Revit).
• Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
• Prepare design and construction documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with internal guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirement.
• Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes.
• Coordinate with Archi, Structure, Finishing, and other M&E services.
• Work closely with the project management team to initiate, implement and monitor work plans.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Preferably junior executive specialized in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.
• Remain constantly updated with drafting technology to maintain technical competency.
• Plan all drawing requests to meet the submission deadline.
