Qualifications

• Strong skills in Submittals and Construction Drawings, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture to design innovative and functional environments.
• Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Proficient in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction practices and regulations in Singapore is an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in Design or experience in Advising Clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Architect in developing refined design concepts and spatial narratives.
• Prepare precise technical drawings and design documentation that align with architectural direction.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and craftsmen to ensure design integrity.
• Participate with the Design Architect in client meetings and presentations.
• Work with the procurement team to source premium materials and finishes.
