What you will be working on:
The Device Sharing team in LTA’s Active Mobility Group oversees and administers the licensing of device-sharing operators in Singapore and operationalises the QR code parking system to facilitate the responsible parking of dockless shared bicycles.
You will help shape policy direction that guides the responsible growth of shared devices. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who engages stakeholders, proposes data-driven solutions to on-the-ground issues, and sees them through to implementation. You will also review outcomes and propose updates to operational policies and regulatory framework (including drafting policy papers and working on legislative changes, where required) to support the safe and sustainable growth of shared devices across the island.

What we are looking for:
• Knowledge in any discipline, with strong interest in governance, systems and/or technology
• Strong ability to structure and communicate strategy clearly, both in writing and speech
• A proactive self‑starter who is curious about problems, proposes workable solutions and sees initiatives through from scoping to rollout
• Experience in stakeholder engagement across sectors and interests
• Good data literacy; experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Python) is a plus
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Familiarity with regulatory design or mobility trends will be advantageous
