Job Description

• You will be part of the Logistics Team, responsible for planning and ensuring smooth operations for our logistics functions.
• Liaise with various departments in the company to provide logistical support.
• Manage and optimize warehouse space, and to ensure warehouse is well maintained & with clear stock count visuals.
• To maintain and update supplier log for all inventory goods into the system.
• Packing and unpacking of new and old goods, and to verify against accompanying paperwork.
• Prepare and arrange sorting of products, packing and palletize the goods for local and export shipments.
• Require to load and unload new shipments of goods
• Assist the Head of Supply Chain to purchase equipment and ensure shipping is timely.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Singaporeans or Singapore PRs are preferred
• Candidates must possess at least a diploma in any field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and IT Skills are required.
• Must possess good communication, inter-personal skills.
• There will be an added advantage for candidates with work experience in the marine industry.
