Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stocks and verify deliveries against the Purchase Order (PO) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in issuing materials to the workshop for testing and project construction/assembly based on Inventory Transfer Requests (ITR).
• Perform picking and packing of outgoing projects or spare parts for delivery according to the picking list, ensuring correct items and quantities are packed and released.
• Receive finished goods or equipment returned from the workshop and verify them against the return list.
• Handle loading and unloading of inbound and outbound container shipments.
• Stocking of items in warehouse.
• Execute warehouse transactions in ERP system.
• Ensure that location and layout is efficient.
• Ensure that physical item numbers are according to what is recorded in the ERP system.
• Ensure proper documentation, materials handling, and storage of goods in compliance with safety requirements and good housekeeping practices.
• Provide technical advice to customers and support necessary coordination work and customer support services.
