Location: Boon Lay

Schedule: 6 Days - 8AM - 5:00PM + OT (sometimes only)

Salary: Basic $3000 - $3500 + Allowance + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus

Job scope

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers, providing them with training, guidance, and motivation to achieve daily and overall delivery goals
• Plan, organize and execute daily delivery schedule to ensure high productivity and on-time delivery
• Identify and resolving delivery issues
• Responsible for driver feedback
• Observe and provide feedback on current practices to identify areas for improvement
