Job summary

A logistics company is looking for a Logistics Supervisor in Seletar Hills, Singapore. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory accuracy, training the inventory team, and ensuring a seamless inventory flow. A commitment to overtime is necessary. This position offers a 5 days work week with rotating shifts and a salary of up to $3,500 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain.
• Must be able to commit to OT.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all inventory records are accurate and updated in the ERP System.
• Oversee daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and monthly/quarterly stock takes.
• Track slow-moving, expired, damaged, and blocked stock and propose actions.
• Lead, train and supervise the inventory control team.
• Work closely with Operations and suppliers to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Develop and enhance inventory SOPs and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to reduce errors, increase accuracy and optimize space utilization.
