The Job

This position is responsible for the company’s warehouse operations activities. He/She is also responsible for warehouse inventory control. He/She will be supporting the logistics operations of Aerospace Division.

What You Can Expect of the Job
  • Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the warehouse

  • Perform general store duties, e.g. receiving, picking, packing of outgoing shipment

  • Verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received

  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels

  • Perform overall inventory management

  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment and necessary minor repairs

  • Perform general administrative tasks, e.g. data entry and filing of documents

  • Receive request orders from Repair Order System (eLirom) and inventory system (BaaN)

  • Ensure cleanliness of all areas and in strict compliance with safety regulations

  • Any other reasonable task as assigned

What We Expect of You
  • ‘O’ level or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in storekeeping or inventory control in light industry

  • PC literate, e.g. MS Office

  • Good in written and spoken English

  • Possess valid forklift license and able to operate forklift

  • Possess knowledge of BaaN system is an added advantage

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and may require working beyond office hours if situation dictates
