Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary liaison for quality assurance, delivery timelines, and adherence to standards.
  2. Coordinate inventory storage, retrieval, and preparation for shipment.
  3. Partner closely to manage port clearances, delivery logistics, and regulatory compliance.
  4. Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of shipping, delivering, loading, and unloading supplies required for cruise vessel operations. Ensure all shipments are scheduled in alignment with vessel itineraries and port turnaround times.
  5. Perform regular on-site visits to third-party vendors to inspect goods, confirm quality, and verify compliance with company standards. Act as the primary liaison for all vendor communications related to shipment updates, delays, and service issues.
  6. Work in close partnership with third-party warehouse teams and port agents to oversee inventory management, timely dispatch of goods, and adherence to port regulations. Ensure all involved parties are fully briefed on vessel requirements and delivery timelines.
  7. Quickly identify and escalation any logistical, shipping, or quality concerns. Prepare clear reports outlining the issue, root cause, and corrective actions taken.
  8. Keep comprehensive and accurate records of all shipments, vendor assessments, quality checks, inventory movements, and any operational issues, ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
