Department

You will be part of the Air Pollution Control team, which ensures the delivery of your product is completed on schedule, saves money by actively working to improve delivery times, and reduces risks associated with delays in the supply chain. The team is dedicated to implementing sustainable solutions for our customers. By joining, you will have the chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and challenges.

Role

Coordinates between customer, customs, various certification organizations, and logistics for delivery of equipment to the agreed point of delivery. Handles tasks related to understanding delivery requirements according to country legislation.

Responsibilities
  • Manages freight & export in small to medium-sized projects.
  • Coordinates deliveries with customers and customs agents.
  • Maintains contact with technical departments and suppliers to ensure delivery of required documentation.
  • Obtains necessary import documentation and certificates as required by legislation.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customs and certification agents.
  • Promotes a culture of safety among team members and operational activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed university, preferably in engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in global and domestic project logistics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized with good prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
