Job summary

A recruitment consultancy company in Singapore is seeking a Logistic & Sales Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will support sales activities, manage shipping schedules, and handle customer inquiries. A minimum of 1 year experience in logistics is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and an understanding of QuickBooks being an added advantage. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or freight coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers.
  • Support the sales team on sales activities.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
  • Responsible for order processing and generating relevant documents.
  • Plan and monitor shipment schedule for timely delivery.
  • Liaise with freight forwarder on shipments.
  • Manage and handle LC documents for submission.
  • Packing shipments and preparing shipping documents.
  • Perform adhoc admin functions as assigned.

Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri), 8:30am-5:30pm

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Salary $2,300 - $2,500 + AWS

Job Descriptions:

  • Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers
  • Support the sales team on Sales activities
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations
  • Responsible for order processing and generating all relevant documents
  • Plan and monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery to customer
  • Liaise with freight forwarder on shipments
  • Manage and handling of LC documents for submission
  • Packing of shipments & preparing shipping documents
  • Adhoc Admin function as assigned

Job Requirements:
