About the role

As a Logistics Quality Executive at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across the company's logistics operations in the Alps Avenue. This full-time role will see you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve and prevent quality-related issues, contributing to the overall success and continuous improvement of the business.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and standards for warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality.
  • Investigate quality issues (e.g., mis-shipments, damages, delays, non-conformances); lead root cause analysis and drive corrective & preventive actions.
  • Work closely with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to resolve quality-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, enhance packaging standards, and optimize logistics workflows.
  • Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on QA standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and report key quality metrics, including damage rate, mis-pick rate, and claims frequency, and provide insights for performance enhancement.
What we're looking for
Education & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics operations or QA, preferably within a 3PL or warehouse environment.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, warehousing, and transportation flows.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with lean or Six Sigma methodologies (advantageous).
  • Understanding of QA tools and root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
  • Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Personal Attributes
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
