Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, National Teams Administration, the Logistics Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining sports equipment and gear for the Young Lions and Men’s Youth National Teams.

The role includes inventory control, training preparation, logistics support for overseas tours and matches, and support for FAS Youth National Teams. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in operational excellence.

Job Description
Equipment Management
  • Take custody and be responsible for the team's equipment and supplies, ensuring they are secure and properly maintained
Preparation & Cleanup
  • Prepare training and match gear before events and ensure they are correctly stored or cleaned afterwards
Maintenance
  • Ensure that all equipment is in usable condition and is clean, performing minor repairs if necessary
Logistics for Overseas Tours
  • Prepare and pack all necessary equipment and supplies for overseas tournaments and training tours
Transport Assistance
  • Assist in transporting team equipment and supplies domestically and internationally
Team-Specific Responsibilities
  • Primarily responsible for Young Lions and, at times, assigned to Youth National Teams
Inventory Management
  • Oversee the equipment and apparel stock inventory across FAS venues and storage locations

Any other duties as assigned by General Secretary, Deputy General Secretary, Head Coach and/or Manager, National Teams Administration

Requirements
  • Diploma in Sports Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics or inventory management (sports background preferred).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive team player with a high level of initiative.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory or logistics management systems will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally.
