Job summary

A staffing services company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Executive to handle exports and shipping operations to global markets. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing documents, and striving to meet KPI targets. Candidates should have a diploma in logistics and 3 to 5 years of industry experience. Proficiency in Power BI is a plus. This is a full-time position based in Bedok with a budget of up to $3.5K.

• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories / customers / service providers.
• Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department.
• Verify service provider bills.
• Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
• Support Manager/Team Leader in PowerPoint preparation.
• Job coverage during colleagues’ absence (buddy system).

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics or related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in logistics and/or shipping industry.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience in Power BI and analytics will be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing a team preferred but not necessary.

Budget: Up to $3.5K
