• A detail-oriented and highly analytical Data Analyst.
• Processing and analyzing data to provide accountable insights that drive business decisions.
• Work with large datasets, develop reports, and support various departments in data-driven strategies.

Specific Accountabilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform detailed analysis and provide insights on business performance, trends, and patterns.
• Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present data findings in clear, understandable formats for stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor and optimize data quality, performing regular data audits and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
• Assist in automating data workflows and processes for efficiency.

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools Must Have - Python and SQL, with experience gained through academic projects, internships or professional works.
• Hands-on experience in data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables, Power Query, and/or VBA.
• Attentive to detail with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Open for Fresh graduates with relevant experience from academic projects or internships in data analytics or logistics-related fields.
• Alternatively, 1 - 2 years of working experience in data analytics roles or in warehousing/logistics functions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
