Job summary

A logistics and HR consultancy in Singapore is looking for a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing export shipments, preparing shipping documents, and handling customer orders. Candidates should have relevant experience in shipping and logistics, as well as proficiency in MS Office. This role operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Competitive salary range from $2,600 to $3,000.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in shipping and logistics is required.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office for reporting and management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare shipping documents according to L/C requirements.
  • Manage all export shipments while liaising with forwarders.
  • Maintain accurate export reports and manage customer transactions.

Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator
  • Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
  • Location: Changi Business Park
  • Salary $2,600 - $3,000
Responsibilities
  • Prepare shipping documents in accordance with L/C requirements and submit for bank negotiation.
  • Responsible for all export shipments, liaise with forwarders for shipment arrangements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Logistics & forwarders to ensure timely execution of shipments.
  • Maintain and update export reports on time.
  • Manage customers orders, deliveries, reports and other transactions efficiently.
  • Perform administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
