Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, sales documents, and order processing.
  • Manage sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and regional sales/service agreements.
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including shipment tracking, documentation, L/C handling, and T/T payment follow-ups.
  • Liaise with HQ, customers, dealers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
  • Prepare monthly sales, order, and accounting reports; maintain customer and shipping databases.
  • Prepare Certificate of Origin via company letterhead or Chamber of Commerce.
  • Compare and negotiate freight rates and handling charges with forwarders.
  • Support cross-functional projects and contribute to business reviews and operational improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with SAP Hana.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; minimum basic Excel skills required.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and SOPs is an advantage.
  • Proven stakeholder management capability with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
