Job summary

A leading law firm in Singapore is seeking a Legal Secretary for their Corporate Department. The successful candidate will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to fee-earners while managing client files and assisting with billing. Applicants should possess a Diploma in Business or O Levels and have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience preferably in a law firm, along with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant secretarial experience ideally with an International or established local law firm.
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under tight timeline effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the assigned fee-earners.
  • Prepare and proof-read documents.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • In charge of opening of client files and ensure documents are in good order.
  • Assist with billing processes.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents and filings.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
