Currently, we're hiring Legal Consultant to join us with:

• 10+ years of relevant experience as in‑house or commercial lawyer.
• In‑house legal experience is preferred (directly, or as a secondee) though not essential.
• Proficiency in writing and drafting legal documents in Structured Products, Structured Notes, Derivatives and Insurance Legal Support.
• Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in structured products, derivatives (credit‑linked, CSA bonds, indices, ETFs, bonds, commodities).
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders, with a view of providing commercially tailored advice.

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including creative, advertising, and digital marketing, procurement, technology and partnership deals.
• Provide practical legal advice related to consumer digital experiences, brand marketing activations, promotions and consumer data and privacy.
• Develop, implement, and advise on a wide range of commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions of sale, distribution agreements and related policies.
• Support commercial relationships with retailers, distributors and partners that represent the company in the marketplace for Korea market.
