We're looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team, with a primary focus on supporting our global expansion strategies. You'll be handling high-priority, complex legal issues associated with launching and scaling in new international jurisdictions.

What will you do

• Establishandsupportfiatsettlementchannelsinemergingmarkets,ensuringcompliancewithlocalregulatoryandbankingrequirements.
• Develop,review,andmanageclientandpartnercontractstosupportbothtradingandpaymentactivities.
• Providelegalsupportfornewproductlaunchesandlocalizationacrossdifferentregulatoryenvironments.
• Drivemarketentryandlicensinginitiatives,includingexchangeonboarding,paymentlicensing,andengagementwithregulators.
• AdviseonregulatoryandcompliancerisksrelatingtoOTC,payments,anddigitalassetservicesacrossmultiplejurisdictions.
• OverseeAML-relatedlegalservices,ensuringpolicies,frameworks,andcontractsmeetapplicablestandards.
• Actasatrustedlegalpartnertointernalteams,translatingcomplexlegalandregulatoryconceptsintopracticalbusinessguidance.

What we expect
