A leading academic institution in Singapore is seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer for Residential College 4, focusing on inter-disciplinary courses in innovation and entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and systems thinking. The role requires a PhD and experience in teaching, with a commitment to mentoring students. The appointee will assume the role of Lecturer / Senior Lecturer and teach inter‑disciplinary courses in the College, in the areas of innovation & entrepreneurship, digital literacy/AI, and/or systems thinking. Each inter‑disciplinary course may focus on a specific theme, with the aim of helping students develop broad‑based and critical perspectives on innovation and entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and/or real‑world complex issues. Teaching in the College is conducted through small group seminars for first and second‑year undergraduates from diverse backgrounds, using impactful and student‑centred pedagogies. The appointee is also expected to contribute to the College's academic and student life programming, including advising and mentoring students in various living and learning activities.

Residential College 4 (RC4) is one of the residential colleges located in the National University of Singapore's University Town. The college offers the University Town College Programme curriculum and a wide range of living and learning opportunities to foster the holistic development of the 600 undergraduates who reside in the college.
