Job Scope

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve the desired tenant and trade mix.
• Manage all leasing activities, including enquiries, site viewings, negotiations, renewals, and lease documentation.
• Create marketing materials and internal circulars to support leasing initiatives.
• Stay updated on retail market trends to inform leasing strategies.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial reports, and monthly performance updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing events and enhance tenant relationships.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
• Good knowledge of the retail landscape and leasing best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and lease documentation.
