To support our growth initiatives, we are looking for a proactive Leads Generation Specialist to join our team.As a Leads Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential business leads to promote our services in business process outsourcing, human resource outsourcing, Employer of Record, HR consulting, training and development, and staffing solutions. Your role will involve conducting market research, generating leads, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales and business expansion.Your responsibilities will include researching and pinpointing potential leads in specific markets, engaging with prospects through various channels such as email, social media, and networking events, maintaining a lead database using CRM software, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion rates, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to optimize lead generation strategies, preparing and presenting reports on lead generation progress to management, and nurturing relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate HR solutions.The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and possess proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
