Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with frontend development, particularly with React.js, Typescript, CSS, and Tailwind.
• Experience leading and managing a development team.
• Basic understanding of Python preferred.
• Professional experience with Figma and a portfolio demonstrating frontend/design projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead projects from ideation to execution.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full lifecycle of frontend projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces across devices.
• Review current UI/UX design system and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with CTO and other teams to integrate design with product strategy.
• Utilize Git for code versioning and maintain best practices.
