Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering or engaged in data statistics.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and can use Python or R.
• At least 5 years' experience in data analysis.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Measuring and monitoring customer experience metrics.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to find RCA and action plans.
• Establishing customer experience metrics systems and providing solutions.
• Conducting deep analysis about seller and customer experience.
• Designing A/B experiments for effectiveness improvement.
