Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern agile software development principles.

• Take ownership of system level design tasks and collaborate with frontend developers, and other stakeholders to align backend solutions with overall system goals.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to system design, and architecture andcode reviews.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the development team.
• Lead by example in producing clean high-quality, reusable code following established best practices for scalability and security.
• Developing RESTful APIs and integrate with various third-party services and databases.
• Reviewing and mentoring developers on the use of best practices and code patterns.
• Perform unit testing and automated testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Diagnose, debug, problems and optimize performance bottlenecks in productionenvironments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+years of experience as a Backend Developer with strong proficiency in a either C++, C#, GO, or Java.
• C++ experience is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of enterprise-level web applications.
• Strong understanding of relational database management systems (and SQL).
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of modern agile software development principles and practices.
• Experience with any of the following would be considered a bonus
  • Enterprise SaaS platform development
  • Microservices and message-oriented architectures
  • NoSQL /Document database systems
  • gRPC, or Message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
