Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of business requirements and optimize large model performance using SFT, RLVR, Agent RL for information extraction, intent classification, and tool calling in intelligent debt collection, customer service, and AIOps scenarios.
• Design and build Agent architectures, including ReAct, Plan-Act, Generate‑Verifier, and Multi‑Agent, and explore Agent Test‑Time‑Scaling technology based on large model system boundaries.
• Follow the latest LLM research, actively research new businesses, and find the best solutions based on a full understanding of business scenarios.

Qualifications

• Excellent programming fundamentals and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or C++.
• Familiar with technologies related to NLP, CV, and ML, and deep dive into the LLM tech stack (Reward Model, GRPO/PPO/DPO, SFT/RFT, etc.).
• Proficient with common open‑source model fine‑tuning and training frameworks such as LLama Factory and Verl, familiar with inference acceleration frameworks such as vLLM, and understand the principles and implementations of open‑source large models such as Qwen and DeepSeek.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, passion for challenging problems, and good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience training, fine‑tuning, and delivering well‑known large models in the industry, or experience implementing large model application products in the industry, or published papers in top conferences related to large models.
• Wins in competitions such as ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, and Kaggle.
