Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in safety management or course administration.
  • Proficient in general laboratory techniques and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems independently and work well in a team.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A reliable self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate course administration, including timetables and examination logistics.
  • Serve as Department Safety Coordinator and lead safety initiatives.
  • Oversee common equipment maintenance and vendor coordination.
  • Provide technical support for seminars and organize academic events.
  • Assist with risk assessments and safety protocols.
