Job summary

A leading tech firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled L2 Network Engineer to join its dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining and optimizing the enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex network issues, managing firewalls and VPNs, and collaborating with teams for efficient incident resolution. We require strong expertise in IP Networking and SD-WAN technologies, alongside a diploma or degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of networking experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering or network operations support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and switching technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for network-related incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues involving switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and ensure network availability and reliability.
