Responsibilities

  • Prepare training kitchen for practical sessions.
  • Coordinate with trainer's instructors and operations team.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance (HACCP/FSSAI).
  • Support trainees' in effective learning and safe equipment usage.
  • Manage inventory, material issuance, and wastage control.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and operational records.

Skills

Knowledge of kitchen operations or training
Understanding of food safety standards and compliance
Good organizational, planning, and communication skills

Education

ITE/Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Food Production
