• Report to the Brand Executive Chef and oversee the kitchen operation.
• Full supervision of kitchen crews and manage kitchen opening and closing.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Plan duty roster and manage staffing levels.
• Participate in planning new menus and manage food costing.
