Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean exhaust systems including hood, filters, ducting, and exhaust fans.
• Degrease electrostatic air cleaner/UV lights.
• Check for and prevent leaks in the exhaust system.
• Cut access points and seal leaking joints.
• Supply and install access panels if necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance on motor fans and components.
• Ensure cleaning process adheres to safety standards.
• Keep records of all cleaning and maintenance work.

Kitchen Exhaust Cleaner

Overview
Working days: 6 days, Night shift
Working hour: To be discussed
Monthly Salary: $1100-$1800
Location: Jurong Point

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Degreasing: Thoroughly clean exhaust systems including hood, filters, ducting, and exhaust fans, to remove accumulated grease and contaminants.
• Degrease of electrostatic air cleaner/ UV lights
• System Inspection: Checking for and preventing leaks in the exhaust system, which can reduce efficiency and create hazards.
• Cutting of access points, sealing of leaking joints
• Supply and install access panels (if necessary)
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on motor fans and other components to extend the system's lifespan and ensure optimal functionality.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring that the cleaning process adheres to workplace safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Documentation: Keeping records of all cleaning and maintenance work for verification by the relevant authorities.
