Salary:
- Up to S$3,200 Basic + Quarterly Bonus
- Ideal for night owls, with a 6:30pm to 3:30am schedule.

Our Client is a popular dining destination located in the heart of Bugis+, known for its high-energy atmosphere and specialty grilled and BBQ offerings. They specialize in bold flavors and a fast-paced dining experience that draws a significant late-night crowd. The kitchen is professionally managed with a focus on consistency, safety, and a "team-first" culture to handle the demands of peak-hour operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook grilled or BBQ dishes according to recipes and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards.
- Operate grill, BBQ pit, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform food preparation such as marinating, portioning, and plating.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with NEA and food safety standards.
- Assist in inventory control — check and replenish ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Support daily kitchen operations and coordinate with team members during peak hours.
- Adhere to proper food handling, storage, and waste management procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a Grill, BBQ, Western, or high-volume hawker‑style kitchen.
- Deep understanding of grilling techniques, meat preparation, and precise temperature control.
- Solid knowledge of food hygiene practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a hot, fast‑paced kitchen environment and remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working a 6‑day week, including weekends and Public Holidays, during late‑night hours.

- Location: Bugis
- Shift Hours: 6:30pm to 3:30am (Night Shift).
- Quarterly performance bonuses and late‑night transport home.
